About Brenda Youngblood - Certified Reflexologist

Brenda is an Herbalist, organic gardening advocate, and will soon add Transformational Psychology and Holistic Nutritionist to her educational repertoire, rounding out her background in holistic health care.

Brenda’s spiritual philosophy is that with all the education, training and desire to facilitate a holistic lifestyle for her clients, she emphatically advocates that God is the ultimate Healer.

Since receiving a Certificate of Excellence in Reflexology from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, AZ, Brenda has been successfully performing Reflexology in private practice.  Her clients have found much success with assisting their bodies to heal from such conditions as sciatic pain, digestive issues, and chronic fatigue.

With the toes being a major part of the feet, Brenda also trained and was certified in Toe Reading¹, which is associated with thought processes.  She incorporates it into her reflexology sessions when it can be beneficial to her clients.

Encouraging others is a sincere motivation for Brenda, therefore she became a Certified Life Coach, giving her the tools to help individuals recognize and reach their highest potential.  Her coaching specialties are in the areas of Self-Image, Career Development, Relationships, and Transformational Lifestyle.

As a further assistance to her clients, Brenda offers Hypnotherapy and currently does Guided Imagery to relieve debilitating beliefs and unproductive feelings such as poor self-image, inability to forgive, and attachment issues, among others.

Miller, Co-Founder of SWIHA, who has, through many years of reading toes and compiling information from these readings, is making this modality available in training sessions
