Beth Gaffney is a mind body spirit specialist, providing transformational guidance therapy. Beth's philosophy is: If I make the choice to accept my own greatness, I empower not only myself, but also all who come in contact with me. Beth received the majority of her formal training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona http://www.swiha.edu/ as a Transformation Life Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master/Teacher. Her practice focuses on assisting us in releasing negative energy along with thoughts and beliefs that have held them within us. This clearing opens us up to awakening our true potential, allowing the healing of the mind, body and spirit. Beth also has a passion for quantum physics; her long-term vision is to make empowerment tools available to all people. It is her belief that this self-empowerment will increase the peaceful vibration of the planet, one thought at a time.
